Howdy!

We've been away for a while and keeping fairly quiet over the past few weeks in order to recover from a rather hectic summer, but there's been plenty going on behind the scenes.

Rab went and got himself a new banjo. It's a Deering Sierra and it's an absolute beaut! It's the preferred banjo for most pros. Its sound is just incredible with clarity, tonal and and especially volume being trademarks of this beast. The only slight issue is that it weighs an absolute ton and Rab's going to need some scaffolding to hold him up while he's playing it.

More and more new material is being added to the set, with eight originals already included, with another load waiting to be rehearsed and refined and finally gigged. The intention is to record audio and video so you can at least see evidence of this progress, and we will be busy working on this venture over the long, dark winter months.

We have recorded some clips from our rehearsals, so this should at least give you a taste, though the lighting in Rab's living room is a bit 'atmospheric' so you might find it a bit dark! You can see most of these videos on our Facebook page.
