Summer festivals

We are now breaking into the festival circuit, with gigs booked for MAMAFest and MoKFest. It's all part of the exciting times for the band, and the on the festival stage is where we think people will get the best from our music.

MoKFest runs from 17th - 21st of August. It's been going for 23 years so is one of the longest running music festivals in the country. Previous headliners include Capercaillie, Aly Bain & Phil Cunningham and The Stranglers. The Hollow Mountain String Band will be the main concert act on the Friday evening in Victoria Hall, Campbeltown and is sure to be a sell out affair.

MAMA Fest is one of the younger festivals, in that this year is its third and is held in The Drill Hall in Lochgilphead from 2nd - 4th September. We will be playing on the Sunday afternnon. Admission is FREE!

We are hoping that this is just the start of Hollow Mountain's festival outings. By next year we hope to be appearing in many more so watch this space.
